They advise fairly and transparently, explore the individual needs of our customers and how to offer them the greatest possible benefit, hold the best qualifications for their job and continue their training. Wherever possible, we fill management positions from our own ranks.
Every year, we invest figures in the two-digit millions in basic and further training – and we are expanding on our leading position as the major trainer among the companies in our industry. In 1999, Fielmann staff were awarded first, second and third places in a German optical trade contest. Success is standard at Fielmann.
The majority of our employees hold shares and capital in Fielmann. This is eloquent proof of their confidence in the company. Not only are they well paid, they also receive interest, profit shares and dividends. This motivates them and you, the customer, reap the benefit.
